..::Weather Report, GDO, Graduations, Music, Baby Shower::..

I don't understand this Utah weather & frankly, I don't think anyone does. It was snowing in the middle of May and all of a sudden its the beginning of June & it's hot as Hades here!! BUT...yes there's a but, I'm at work & I just printed the weather, it's supposed to be thunderstorming this weekend!!


Oh GREAT!! Just when I thought we were in the clear for nice weather, I planned to have a BBQ for my brother-in-law, Jon because he's moving to Hawaii (I know right?? I'm very J!!). Soooo now I have to call everyone up and cancel our plans due to the weather. PLUS we were planning on having it at Murray Park, but due to the thunderstorm we had just a couple of days ago...IT'S FLOODED!! I guess it just wasn't meant to be. I don't think the signs could be any clearer. Joseph & I are planning to take him to a nice dinner or something instead.


Moving on...My sister, Kelcey Ricci Muasau, just graduated from John Locke Academy on Friday (her *posting later*, then went and hung out at Aunty Lila's house with Lae & her fam as well as Aunty Blue who's visiting from Cali. Mom, Boo, Delynna & River ended up spending the night at my house while my husband was busting his butt for me on a 17 HOUR SHIFT (i love you babe). The next day, we took the girls swimming, picked up Marli & went on a date to Leatherby's to show the girls that there ARE huge sundae ice creams like on tv, and then went back to my house to go swimming for the second time =) *my nieces are some waterbugs, i tell ya* The rest of the day I spent resting for work that night.


Last night was my nephew (son of brother Myles & his wife Keilah) Mahonri's baby shower. Unfortunately, due to last minute changes and conflicts of dates, I wasn't able to attend because I had to rest for work...again!! I did manage to buy the cake for the shower, which come to think of, noone called me to tell me how it was...oh well. But I really do wish that I could've gone. Aunty Uini (aka Aunty Blue) flew up from SoCal just to be here for it. I didn't really get to spend any time with her and she leaves today =( I just hope that my cute lil nephew knows that I LOVE him so dearly!! He's such a handsome lil booger.


See this is the reason why I NEED to blog everytime I have something to blog about, so that I'm not writing a HUGE novel when I do get around to it. Sorry bout it!! Lol. I'm gonna leave on a note to tell you guys that if you have not yet heard or checked out the song *Poker Face* from Glee's "Theatricality" episode, you definately NEED to. As you already know, that song was made famous by Lady GaGa. But the version that they sing is so much better (just my opinion). You can actually hear the lyrics. It's an awesome song; they do a great job on it & it's VERY catchy, so don't say I didn't warn you. Dance to it, sing along with it, rock to it...whatever you do...just ENJOY it!!

New Addictions

Okay so since we've moved out into our own place, I've been sitting at home, most of the time by myself because Joseph & I work opposite schedules. So what I would do is camp on YouTube and watch different videos and stuff. I came across some "beauty gurus" that have beauty channels and what they do is teach you how to apply/use makeup. They post tutorials that on how to do certain hairstyles, achieve different celebrity inspired makeup looks, etc. So one of my new favorite addictions is MAC Cosmetics!!

I love love love their stuff. It's a lot pricier than what I used to spend on regular drug store products, but the quality is so worth it!! I can't get enough of it. My poor husband spoils me and of course doesn't mind me buying whatever I would like. He just hates to go with me to the MAC counter because I can literally spend hours there. Lol.

But moving on...another thing that I have been so hooked on is a tv show. And I know a lot of you are going to judge me for even watching these kind of shows, but honestly, if you can come and hang out with me during the day to keep me from watching it, then please feel free =). It's "The Real Housewives Of New Jersey". Ohmygosh...I watched one episode and it was so drama filled, that I had to watch more!! Lol

Well that's the story of my life right now. Just kidding, just what I'm into these days. You should check em out!!

Slacking + Excuses = Me (lately)

Gosh, I've been wanting to blog for a while now, but I've just been too busy with work, home, seminary graduations, missionary farewells, high school graduations, birthdays, holidays (mother's day, memorial day), etc. After reading Aunty Goob's blog and my friend Aubrey's blog, I think that if they can do with 9 & 3 kids, I can do it too. So here's just a little note to let you know that...I'M BACK (again)!! Lol I've got to charge my camera so that I can post pics along with what's been going on. So I guess I'll just leave you with that til next time. =) *Be Happy*

Priceless Quality Time!!

Today...well actually, yesterday (Saturday, May 1st) was nice. The weather wasn't really all that, freezing in fact, but it was a good day for me because my husband and I got to spend the whole day together. Even though we just lounged in our home, the time spent laughing and talking together was priceless. We slept in, watched baseball bloopers that were hilarious, took a nap, ate all our lives, watched the cops bang on our neighbors door through our peep hole for what seemed like forever (LOL), etc. I really enjoy my husband's company. He makes me feel safe and complete. I can't wait until we start having children so we can have more of US running around.


I get off of work at 7am. By the way, I hate not being able to spend the night with Joseph a couple of nights out of the week, but we've gotta do what we gotta do, right?!? Hopefully, we'll be able to have breakfast together before I K.O. We haven't been to church in a while, so we plan on FINALLY attending our ward since we've moved...Long story!! Later on, I hope to succeed in convincing my husband to go to our Fuimaono Family Home Evening (it's been a while since we've been to one of those as well...ugh!!), then head back home to sleep for work again at 11pm. Maybe Joseph and I can continue to have more of those kind of days, because we can sure use them!!

I have really been blessed with thee most AMAZING husband who loves me for who I am and supports me in ALL that I do!! Despite him being a triplet, there is NO DOUBT another man like him (*with all the works...wink wink*)!! I love you Joseph Christopher Bleyl!!

I'm Back!!

Okay...so it's been since the month before I got married that I blogged last. I know I know, so long!! Well as you know, you get caught up in life & everyday things, that you just lose track of time. But the good part is that I'm back and hopefully I'll be able to keep up with it from now on.


What's happened since then?? Of course, Joseph & I got married on September 12th 2009. It was an amazing day!! We are still in the process of getting our photos (Ugh!! Don't even get me started on that!!) from our so-called "photographer"...who Joseph really wants to take to court!! Eek...long story. So yeah, no official photos from our wedding, which is really a bummer, but we have some from other people. Life goes on & you learn to just cherish what you have. So that's what we are doing!! =)


We lived with my family for about 5 months, which really wasn't bad at all (to me at least). I guess the worst part was having 16 people under one roof with only ONE restroom. Lol. Life was good then, but now life is even better now. We live in Midvale and Joseph loves being on our own. Even though he has 9 other brothers & sisters, he's still not used to being around so many people with so much noise. I love him nonetheless!!


Shortly after our wedding (14 days to be exact), I got a job working at the Residence Inn Marriott in Cottonwood Heights. It's been a great help for us when we've traveled or taken vacations as well as a big help to all of our family members when they've traveled. I'm blessed to have such a good job with excellent benefits & perks (the economy is NO joke)!! The week after I got hired, Joseph received a new job working for Goldman Sachs Financial, which he really likes as well. We are very grateful for all that we have been and continue to be blessed with.


So that's us for now...and if you're wondering...NOPE!! No babies on the way yet. We're just enjoying our time that we have together. =)

Stressed Out...To...Worry Free!!

Okay, so it's been a while since I've blogged, but so much has happened during that time. First off, let's just say that I've been so blessed throughout my whole wedding planning. My immediate as well as extended family has stepped up to help me in so many different ways & I just don't know how to repay them.

My Aunty/Gramma Va & Aunty Flora has given me the blessing and gift of paying for my wedding dress. It not only helped me out a whole lot, but also my Mom. I'm so grateful for that great blessing. I absolutely love my dress & I wouldn't have picked out any other one. When I first saw it, I knew that it was "The One" and as far as I know, I guess that's how it's supposed to be. So it happened that way with me. Yay!!

My poor Mom has been so stressed out and I feel so bad for her...but I know that things will work out. She has a great relationship with our Heavenly Father & I know that without him, we'd all be...well, "strapped." I'm so glad that I have such an awesome bond with my Momma. She helps me out financially, spiritually, emotionally, physically, etc. She keeps me on track, just like a Mom should. I love her so much!!

My Daddy will be here in exactly 9 days!! It's been about 3 years since I've seen him & I can't even explain how happy I am to spend time with him. I think that my sister & I are probably the most ecstatic about it, because we've always been Our Daddy's Girls! When I first told my Dad that I was getting married, he was floored. He was crying like a little girl...hehehe. It was funny to me because my Dad hardly ever cries. I've probably seen him cry maybe 3-4 times in my whole life. So it was pretty funny. Before he booked his flight, he told me, "Babygirl, if I come out there for your wedding, I'm gonna be so broke!! So you can choose to either have me there, or I can send you the money that I would use to pay for my flight (We're talkin' bout $1400)." Without even thinking about it, I told him, "If you don't come to my wedding, I'm gonna be so highly upset at you." He knew then, what my choice was...hahaha! Even though we all know that I can use the extra money, I wouldn't have chosen anything else. To me, you can't put a price tag on your own Dad to be there for you on your special day. So he'll be here soon & I can't wait!!

All of my brothers and sisters have been practicing their lil muli's off to put on a great dance performance for Joseph & I's special day. They've been so dedicated with their time & efforts just for me and I am so honored. I can't to see them all perform. I know that it'll be amazing & well worth it.

I've always heard that when two people have decided to go through the temple, for some reason, the adversary works a hundred times harder to break them. I can testify that that statement is SO-OO true!!! Since Joseph & I have been engaged, it's been the hardest & most stressful times in our relationship. We would argue about the smallest things that would usually mean nothing to us. Our patience is very short & we have to really stop & say to ourselves, "Okay, this is not us. Humble yourself & don't be so quick to anger." Once we do that, things are better. Now I do admit that sometimes, we don't stop and think about, we just let the bad feelings overcome us, but we come together at the end. I know that Satan is doing his best to keep us from being together for time & all eternity. We've learned lessons on being humble & slow to anger, SACRIFICE, tithing, commitment & so much more. We have really come a long way and I know that it's all worth it in the end. We love each other so much & can't wait to share our special day with the people that mean the most to us both.

My bridal shower is this Saturday @ 9 a.m. I've always wanted a breakfast shower & my Mommy & Aunties are making that happen just for me. It'll be fun because we're supposed to show up in our PJ's. I can't wait...Yippee!!

I've been so blessed & I'm grateful for my family, my loving future husband & everyone else that has helped us make our day a memorable day & DREAM come true!!
